Board Fellow Coordinators
Board Fellow Coordinators engage in an intensive 20-month peer leadership role which requires flexibility, adaptability, situational awareness, experience with group facilitation, and personal investment. As the "Fellows to the Fellows," Coordinators build and maintain close relationships with the class of Board Fellows.
They are responsible for the formation and evolution of the Board Fellow community and play a primary role in the creation of community culture. In addition, each Coordinator supports the individual development of a group of fellows.
Working closely with the Leadership Program staff, the Board Fellow Coordinators provide training, coaching, coordination of the Board Fellows, and work with the Leadership Program staff and Coordinators of other leadership programs (Venture Fellows, Leadership Fellows, and Lipman Prize Fellows) to shape strategy, tactics, and outreach activities for leadership education at Wharton.
