Leadership Development Coaching Program

Coaching Program applications are due February 9, 2012 by 11:59pm.

The Coaching Program is a joint initiative of the Wharton Graduate Division’s MBA Program Office and the Leadership Program. The program is designed to provide students who are already in extra-curricular leadership roles with additional support in developing their leadership style and skills by providing them with executive coaches. The Coaching Program serves 90 students annually. The essential elements of the program include: self-assessment, a group dynamics workshop, coaching/feedback, mentoring, and communications coaching.
