Mission
Leadership Fellows are charged with providing every first year student the opportunity to enhance their leadership potential through the development of practical tools and concrete strategies applicable in every area of their lives.
The primary role of a Cohort Leadership Fellow is both to evaluate and to mentor learning teams and their members while creating opportunities for individual and team development as part of MGMT 652 and the Wharton Graduate Leadership Program.
