Apply Now to be a Class of 2011 Leadership Fellow or Leadership Fellow Coordinator Back
There are two leadership opportunities available within the Leadership Fellows program: Cohort Leadership Fellows and Leadership Fellow Coordinators.


The primary role of a Cohort Leadership Fellow is both to evaluate and to mentor your learning team while creating opportunities for individual and team development as part of MGMT 652 and the Wharton Graduate Leadership Program (WGLP). For more details on the position, see here.

The primary role of a Leadership Fellow Coordinator is both to serve as a liaison between the Wharton Graduate Leadership Program staff and the Cohort Leadership Fellows while working closely with the WGLP staff to design and deliver the Learning Team Retreat, Leadership Fellow Recruiting and other specific events. The deadline for submitting applications is Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 5pm. No late applications will be considered. To apply, you must complete an application, essays, and submit two peer recommendations. Application files can be found here.

To apply to be a Leadership Fellow, you must complete the following 3 components.

Send one email with the following two documents attached to lead-fellow@wharton.upenn.edu by the application deadline:

- Complete “Application Step 1” which includes the application cover page, a copy of your resume (pasted from Word into the application file), and the signature page. Leadership_Fellows_Program_Application_Step_1.doc

Complete “Application Step 2” which includes four essay questions. DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR NAME IN THIS FILE, ONLY YOUR PENN ID NUMBER. Leadership_Fellows_Program_Application_Step_2.doc

Two recommendations are required from peers within the Wharton community who have had the opportunity to witness your leadership capabilities first hand. Recommenders should not be Leadership Fellows or MGMT652 faculty members. These recommendations must use the recommendation forms provided (“LF Recommendation Form”). LF_Recommendation_Form.doc
