Katie Krimmel is an Associate Director for the Wharton Leadership Program. Katie came from a career at Target as an Executive Manager where she developed an interest in leadership through managing diverse personalities and teams. She graduated with honors from Pennsylvania State University (B.S., Psychology).  She received her Master's from Penn in Higher Education Management.  Katie is married to Ken Krimmel and in her spare time, she enjoys participating in triathlons, marathons, and hiking.
