For 8 days participants will sail around the British Virgin Islands and explore the natural surroundings of this island region.
Sailing places participants in crews aboard modern sailboats in the Caribbean where they will be challenged to work effectively under highly fluid and dynamic conditions. Through daily challenges, participants develop technical sailing skills while testing and refining their leadership, communication and teamwork capabilities.

Activities and Risks
Throughout the venture, we will be sailing for approximately 8 hrs a day and while the physical challenges associated with this venture are low-moderate, participants will be placed in intense situations and will be tested repeatedly as they seek to develop as people and as leaders. Risks include prolonged sun exposure, sea sickness, deep water, multi-day exposure, and lightning.
Training
The trip requires a moderate level of physical conditioning. There is no previous sailing experience required for this trip.
Costs and Equipment
The cost is $ and covers all land costs during the expedition: professional fees, boat charter, park entrance, all meals, captain (crew fee), snorkel gear, mooring fees and all technical workshops.
Expedition cost does not include: Gear for the expedition, extra nights of accommodations not specified in the itinerary, round trip ferry cost from St. Thomas to Tortola, BVI (in and out), and meals before and after the dates of the expedition.
